Welcome to Raja Bollywood Studio, the ultimate choice for wedding photography. We are delighted that you have chosen us to capture the most memorable moments of your life. Before you proceed with your booking, we request you to read and agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for both you and us. They cover important aspects such as data retention and responsibility, payment and cancellation policy, data transfer and format, and album guarantee and maintenance. Data Retention and Responsibility
We value your privacy and security. We will keep your data for 6 months after the event. This is to ensure that you have enough time to review and download your data. After 6 months, we will delete your data from our servers and devices. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of your data after 6 months of the event. You are advised to make your own backup copies of your data as soon as possible. We will not share or sell your data to any third party without your consent.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your trust and cooperation. We will take 75% advance payment for the function. This is to confirm your booking and secure our availability. The rest 10% payment will be done by you at the end of the event or function. This is to cover any additional expenses or services that may arise during the event. The final 15% payment will be done at the time of delivery of the final data. This is to ensure your satisfaction and feedback. We accept cash, cheque, or online transfer as modes of payment. We will issue a receipt for every payment made.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at least 15 days before the event date. In that case, we will refund 50% of the advance payment. If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before the event date, we will not refund any amount. If we cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount of the advance payment.
Data Transfer and Format
We strive to deliver the best quality and format of your data. We will not copy your image or video data in your hard drives, including pen drive, hard disk, laptop, and other storage devices. You will have to provide us with your own storage device for the transfer of data. We will not be liable for any data corruption or loss during the transfer process. We will format your data according to your preference and compatibility. We will also provide you with a DVD or a cloud link of your data as a backup option.
Album Guarantee and Maintenance
We offer a full lifetime guarantee of the wedding album. However, there is no guarantee of the album if the page of the album is torn or broken. You will have to bear the cost of repairing or replacing the album in such cases. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, exposure to water, fire, or sunlight, or any other external factors. We recommend that you store your album in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. You should also handle your album with care and avoid bending, folding, or scratching the pages.
